Love is a force that gives us life, it moves us, and it brings us light and healing.
When we connect to our hearts, we are better able to experience all the fullness that love offers
and have more compassion, empathy, and love for ourselves and others, which is essential for healing.
With more love in your life, everything can change for the better.
But how do we get more love in our life? Everybody wants to love someone or be loved.
love is something we all ask for or we all want or we all need but love is also very confusing
because there's different levels of love there's unconditional love and then there's the word love
we just throw around everywhere like we love pizza or i love my vacation you know these are
just ways we throw the word around all the time. And then there's a lust instead of love,
something that we confuse love with all the time, which is lust. So we fall in love with someone,
but we're not really falling in love with them because we're just lusting after them,
and then it falls apart later, and then was it really love to begin with? So love's a really
confusing word. The only way to sort it out is to understand what it is. Love is unconditional.
The real meaning of love is unconditional love. That's the real meaning behind it. The real
meaning of love is compassion, is kindness, is empathy, unconditional love. These are all part
of the word love. And the word love is God. God is love. Unconditional love is rare.
You have the sparks in you of unconditional love. You really do. You have the sparks in you.
I'd like to grow those. You see, we have a garden of weeds. We have a garden of weeds in us, in our
soul and in our heart. And these weeds have grown in there over time because we've been betrayed
Trust has been broken. We fell in love with someone and they broke our heart, injured us.
So from there on, it's difficult to ever grow unconditional love because those aren't weeds.
Weeds are fear and chaos and betrayal that has happened and broken trust.
Those are all weeds. They grow in our heart and they grow in our soul and it keeps us from
understanding the real true meaning and the feeling of love
and getting that love in our heart.
We have to pull those weeds out.
We have to pull betrayal out.
We have to heal these forms of breaks,
these breaks in the chain,
all these different weeds that are poisonous,
all these different conditions that we have
that have been placed on us
and working relationships that have not gone right.
and people that have betrayed us, and people that have let us down,
and trust that's been broken in so many different ways,
that in the end, even if we loved our car and it broke down on us, it hurts.
In fact, I've seen more people love their car than someone else.
So it's time to repair love and grow the garden back of love.
We need that garden to be rich and fruitful.
We needed to offer so many different edible varieties for our soul
instead of being filled with useless weeds.
And so we have to start plucking those weeds out.
First way of doing that is just take it from the basics.
Look at animals.
Animals love unconditionally.
If you've ever had a dog, you would know that.
That animals love unconditionally.
and so understand that that unconditional love exists.
God loves us unconditionally.
The angels love us unconditionally.
We just have to be accepting of it.
We have to let it into our heart.
We have to understand it.
The first way you're going to grow that garden back
to get the weeds out of that garden
is to understand compassion,
but we're going to talk about compassion on the next step,
but I'll give you a little bit now.
it's compassion for what's going on in the world
the sadness that's out there
the people that have lost so much
the people who have lost loved ones
the people who have losses in general
the people who have poverty
the people who have been through so much
when you look at what's out there
the adversity and the struggles
and the suffering
when you look at that suffering
and you may have some of that yourself
I may be talking to you who's had that suffering
and you who's had that loss.
And when we look at it out there,
we have to have empathy.
We have to have compassion.
We have to have kindness.
We have to have compassion
or we're never going to build that garden of love back.
And if we don't build that garden of love back,
we're going to be involved with people
that really don't love us as much as we thought
and we get hurt again and broken again
and it keeps on going.
we have to understand unconditional love
and we have to understand love in our hearts.
We have to grow the garden back.
And if you are someone who has these losses,
who's lost someone,
who's lost someone precious to them,
dear to them,
and is angry at God because of it,
angry at the angels,
have lost faith because of it,
then this is important for you to have
this knowledge of how to grow that garden back.
Because these weeds get in there
and they're poisonous.
And they really get us down.
And they bring us down.
So we have to have compassion for ourselves then.
If you're the one that went through the loss,
yes, you can have compassion for others
and build that garden,
but you have compassion for yourself.
Absolutely.
It's critical to have that compassion for yourself.
Because it's all part of growing that garden of love back.
get the soul infiltrated with love
and not with weeds
not with weeds of anger
weeds of fear
weeds of loss
don't get me wrong
fear, anger, and loss
sadness
it makes up who we are
part of who we are
and there's jewels and gems
and lessons in every one of those pieces
and all that fabric
there's lessons and gems
in all that fabric
There's diamonds in there.
There's gold.
There's platinum in all that fabric of all of our losses and everything that makes up
the broken pieces of us along the way that we've experienced, all of us that have experienced.
Don't get me wrong.
That's all lessons.
It's valuable.
It's invaluable.
And it teaches us to move forward.
But in order to move forward, even with all of those lessons we've learned from our hurt
and our pain and our suffering
and everything that we've gone through,
if we don't move forward
knowing what we're seeking and understanding,
which is more compassion and more love,
we cheat ourselves once again
out of growing that garden,
getting the soul filled with unconditional love,
feeling the unconditional love from God and heaven.
And we get cheated out of that.
so we have to move forward with our lessons and our mistakes and the sadness and things that have
happened to us and we have to move forward knowing what we're grabbing a hold of and we're igniting
compassion and kindness and empathy and we're seeing the losses that others have and we're
going to grow that compassion that empathy we're going to have that compassion for others
and it's going to help us grow
and it's going to help us heal
and it's going to help us understand love
and move forward
and build that unconditional love.
Unconditional love is dying for something.
That's what it is.
You would die for your child.
You would give up something for your loved one.
You would give up something for a friend.
You would do something you didn't think you would do normally.
it's unconditional love. I'm not saying we have to have unconditional love towards everything
and everyone. We have to just start somewhere. We have to be mindful of ourselves and we have
to love ourselves. Loving ourselves is important too. Having compassion for ourselves is important
too. Don't become a lover of yourself though. Try not to do that. I've seen that. I've seen
people out there that are lovers of themselves. They love themselves, but they don't have the
unconditional love to others. They don't have that love to others. They don't have the empathy,
and they don't have the compassion. They kind of pretend they do. They almost seem like they do,
but technically what's really going on is they kind of only just love themselves.
That's not a good way to go. I'd rather see somebody not love themselves and have compassion
for others. That's more powerful to God. That's right. That's more powerful to God. Now, of course,
I want you to be kind to yourself and have compassion to yourself and love yourself.
But I'm saying, I've seen people who don't have compassion to themselves, but have compassions to
others and love and have a compassion to others and love others unconditionally and care and have
empathy and kindness come out of them, even if they didn't take care of themselves well. So try
not to get confused by the whole loving yourself movement. What that means is, yes, you have to be
kind to yourself. Yes, you have to have compassion to yourself. Sure. But you have to have it the
opposite direction. It has to be compassion for others, love for others. You have to build that
garden of unconditional love. You have to saturate it in the soul and in the heart.
so even if you were one that just did that but didn't love yourself so much
it's still more powerful that you loved outward
but of course like I said we do want you taking care of yourself and having some kindness to yourself
I'm on your side I support you 100%
I could already see it changing in you and I know you're going to be building your love
I know you're going to understand love more now
and it's going to fill your heart
and you're going to pull the weeds out
and you're going to move forward
and you're going to take the things you've learned
and you're going to grow it
don't be fearful, don't be afraid
I'm with you, I'm by your side
blessings
